備註: This consolidated version of Law No. 9.610 of February 19, 1998, on copyright and neighboring rights incorporates amendments made by Law No. 12.853 of August 14, 2013.
The said Law No. 12.853 introduces amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version, relating to the neighboring rights, the associations of owners of authors’ rights and neighboring rights, and the civil sanctions for copyright infringement:
- Section I, Article 5; paragraph XIV;
- Section IV, Chapter II, Article 68, paragraphs 6 and 8;
- Section V, Chapter III, Article 94 (repealed);
- The entire Section VI; and
- Section VII, Chapter II, Article 109-A and its Sole Paragraph.
